Clients are looking for value and concrete, timely results when retaining an executive search firm.  Simpson & Associates Executive Search Inc. is strongly committed to providing executive search/recruitment services of the highest quality and our track record of success and long-term, loyal clientele is evidence of the achievement of that goal.  We are very focused and “hands-on” in how we conduct an executive search assignment and take responsibility for and ownership of the entire process through to successful conclusion.

We take the time to meet with the client stakeholders on an assignment in order to gain a clear understanding of the role itself, its mandate, organizational structure and culture and business strategy of the client enterprise.  From that detailed discussion, we develop a customized ‘Search Profile’, which reflects the key selection criteria for the opportunity under recruitment. 

Simpson & Associates does not typically utilize recruitment/career advertising as part of our search methodology.  We believe that clients are engaging and retaining our firm to conduct a search assignment because the collateral we bring to the process is our knowledge and understanding of the candidate marketplace. 

Our firm is known for the rigor of our heavily research-based methodology which gives Simpson & Associates Executive Search a distinct and very valuable strategic advantage in identifying and sourcing top candidates in what is a highly active and competitive business environment.  Working closely with our expert Research professionals, we develop a recruitment strategy specific to each individual assignment.  We then network within the candidate marketplace to identify individuals who have the skill set, credentials, experience and personal attributes necessary to meet the clearly defined requirements of a given role.  This focused, “direct-sourcing” strategy, supplemented by our research activities, provide us with a current analysis of the candidate community and market conditions.

Once our customized research and candidate sourcing phase is completed, we present our list of preferred, pre-qualified candidates and determine the final candidate short list roster through collaborative discussion with our client stakeholders.  Simpson & Associates will then coordinate and facilitate the interviewing, debriefing, detailed referencing and negotiation process.  We view our role as being the client advocate with the candidate and vice versa, ensuring that each party in the process is kept fully informed and treated respectively through to successful conclusion.
